The ninth member meeting of the Electrolytic Manganese Metal Innovation Working Committee was held in Zhongning, Ningxia on the 16th. The main contents of the meeting are as follows:
(1) Conveyed the relevant work requirements of the third round and second batch of central ecological and environmental protection inspections for electrolytic manganese production enterprises;
(2) The "Evaluation Index System for Cleaner Production in the Electrolytic Manganese Industry" focuses on the implementation of cleaner production transformation from resource and energy consumption, comprehensive management of "three wastes", etc.; in order to better enable each enterprise to do a good job in its own construction, in the third quarter, each member unit will be based on 70% The production schedule remains unchanged; if the operating rate of any member unit exceeds 70% based on the actual production situation, the excess part will be delivered to the public warehouse at 11,500 yuan/ton; a branch of a certain factory will stop production and upgrade (reducing output by about 500 tons per day);
(3) All member units at the meeting believed that electrolytic manganese production enterprises are currently in a state of loss, and the growth rate lags far behind other manganese alloys. Electrolytic manganese should adapt to the market situation and reasonably repair the situation that is not in place.
