Safety Hazards

Ferro silicon factory requires high temperature reduction reaction when producing ferrosilicon, this reaction needs to be carried out in a high temperature furnace, the reaction temperature is required to be above 1500℃. Therefore, there are risks in the production process.

 

1. Safety risk from high temperature environment. If there are other flammable and explosive materials in the high temperature environment, the whole production site will have a great safety risk.

2. Chemical reaction instability. Due to the different raw materials used in production, the chemical process of each reaction is different. If the reaction process is not stable, it may lead to chemical explosion.

Countermeasures
