Product Description
Electrically calcined anthracite is anthracite coal produced by electro-calcining process, which is characterized by low sulfur, low phosphorus, low ash and high calorific value, and produces almost no soot when burning. Electrically calcined anthracite is heated by electric power to make physical and chemical changes in coal at high temperature, so as to improve the calorific value and combustion efficiency of coal and reduce the emission of pollutants.

Application of Calcined Anthracite
Anthracite production process
Beneficiation
First of all, screen the raw materials suitable for the production of anthracite, wash and select the raw materials, remove the impurities and ash, to ensure the quality of raw materials.

Grinding
The selected coal briquettes are crushed into small size coal powder by crushing equipment, and screened to select the appropriate size range as the raw material for making anthracite.

Drying
The screened coal powder is dried to reduce the moisture content in the coal powder, which is convenient for the subsequent pressing and molding.

Pressing And Molding
The screened and dried coal powder is added into the anthracite making machine, and then pressed and molded under high pressure to make anthracite lumps with uniform size and black luster.

Finishing
The pressed and molded coal briquettes need to be processed to remove the impurities and defects on the surface, and at the same time, the briquettes are humidified to ensure the quality of the briquettes.
